Mr. G. G. Dalmia - Managing Director and CEO
Mr.G.G.Dalmia, (Hony. Consul of Mongolia) a director of the company, aged about 58 years, is a Commerce Graduate with Hons. and a Law Graduate. He is the Managing Director of Dalmia Laminators Ltd and Bateli Tea Co. Ltd. Both the companies are leaders in their own fields. He also holds directorship in M/s. Dalmia Tea Plantation & Industries Ltd, one of the group companies of the M.L.Dalmia group. Mr. Dalmia is the President of All India Jute Laminators Association, Co-Chairman of Agricultural and Rural Development Committee of Bharat Chamber of Commerce, and Committee Member of Bharat Chamber of Commerce. He also represents the interest of the tea industry as member of the National Committee of Indian Tea Association and member of various sub-committees thereof; He is also on the National Council of Management of Tea Research Association (TRA) and a member of various sub-committees thereof. In addition he also serves on the boards of various companies and charitable institutions.
Mr. Vijay Dalmia – Director
Mr. Vijay Dalmiais a Chemical Engineer and MBA from the Indian School of Business (ISB). He has completed his MBA at the Kellogg School of Management, USA under full scholarship from ISB. He has also done pioneering research work on ‘Production of Instant Tea and extraction of caffeine from tea waste’. He will be looking after the technical aspects of the business including Production and Quality.
Mr. Manish Dalmia - Whole-Time Director and CFO
Mr. Manish Dalmia is an MBA from Babson College, Wellesley, USA, which is the world’s leading institution for entrepreneurship. He has over 8 years experience in Tea, jute, plastics and the software industry. He is a director of Bateli Tea Co. Ltd and Dalmia Tea Plantation and Industries Ltd. He is also a member of the prestigious “Entrepreneurs Organization’, Kolkata Chapter, the world’s leading community for entrepreneurs with chapters in over 40 countries. He is also a member of various committees of the Indian Tea Association’, and holds directorship in other group companies of the Dalmia group.
Mr. R P Jain is Chairman & Independent Director, and is commerce graduate and specialized in administration.
Ms. Sonam Jalanis an Independent Director,and is member of Institute of Chartered Accountant of India (ICAI) and a Practicing Chartered Accountant, having past experience in Corporate Consultation & Advisory, covering Taxation, FEMA, Due diligence services, etc.
Mr. Parekh Mani Baro is a Director, and is PGDM (Marketing) from Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Kolkata. He is also an alumnus of IIT-Kanpur. He has over 35 years of experience in Energy & Power Sector.
